1.open document,then filter<render<clouds
2.filter<pixelate<missotint<long strokes
3.filter<blur<radial blur give values as
amount:100
blur method:zoom
quality:best
4.use hue/saturation to change colors and add levels OR
create anew layer and fill wid gradient and change d mode to overlay
