Its really easy dude
But I'm still not good at it

Okay, what you need is a photoshop right?
Then you either choose adobe photoshop or Gimp to make sigs or banners on
IN my case what i used is just brushes and with a help of the gimp effects
you can download brushes at deviantart.com

If you still cant get it just go to deviantart.com and search for sig tuts happy
